Community Description
Davenport Associates, Ltd. was first established over 50 years ago with affordable housing apartments and long term care. Since 2003, it has also managed Charlesgate Senior Living Center which is housed within Charlesgate North Apartments. Charlesgate Senior Living Center provides base level assisted living services for up to 60 residents. Today, the Charlesgate campus and other Providence based properties has over 600 apartments.
