Must work every other weekend and rotating holidays.
Full-time opening on 2nd Shift.

FUNCTION: To provide routine daily nursing care and services that support the care delivered to residents needing nursing care under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse or a licensed practical/vocation nurse.

Care and Services include:

Sign-On Bonus
Accurately perform and record vital signs, height and weight.
Accurately calculate and record weight gain/loss and fluid intake/output.
Maintain a clean and safe resident environment.
Recognize abnormal changes in body functioning and the importance of reporting such changes to a supervisor.
Perform palliative and post-mortem care.
Perform routine well-being rounds on each assigned resident.
Supervise, assist or provide Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s)
Provide preventative skin care techniques, observe the resident’s skin condition and report any changes to a licensed nurse.
Utilize proper techniques and devices to transfer and position/re-position a resident.
Approach all residents in a kind, gentle and friendly manner. Respect for the resident’s dignity and privacy is consistently provided. Maintain the confidentiality of all resident information.
Provide other Nursing Unit tasks
Provide timely, accurate and complete documentation and communication.
Follow work schedules and complete assigned tasks according to the established policies and procedures of the facility. All employees are required to work on both the traditional neighborhood and memory care neighborhood as scheduled.
Notifies the facility when late or absent from work. Complies with The Seasons Attendance Policy.
Confidentiality of all residents is respected at all times (i.e., when answering telephone and/or speaking to co-workers).
Pay is based on experience. $18.50 is rate for entry level CNA.
Pick-up bonus for additional shifts.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or three-six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Graduate of a state approved nursing assistant training program and passed a state approved competency examination (written and skills) within 120 days of employment; name entered into state nurse aide registry.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

BCI required. All vaccines are up to date including COVID-19 vaccine.
