Activity Assistant
Full and Part Time
Briarcliffe Gardens is looking for candidates to brighten the daily lives of our residents. Ideal candidates are compassionate, patient, responsible and enjoy working with the elderly who have dementia. Experience working in long term care or assisted living and dementia care is preferred, but we will train the right person.
We require you work every other weekend and holidays are rotated.
Full time hours 12pm-8pm
Part time 3pm-8pm, 7:30am-3:30pm
The position duties include:
Facilitating activities such as exercise, trivia, arts and crafts
Assisting with dining services
Serving snacks and drinks
